We develop sites for data centers and industry where power supply, permitting and grid infrastructure are solved in advance.

The green transition is not only a question of generation. Clean energy production and its consumption go hand in hand: for new energy generation investments to be viable and attractive, they need demand alongside them. 


Through our projects, we enable sustainable solutions for data centers and other energy-intensive industries. At the same time, these projects tie the clean energy value chain to regional vitality: new consumption brings with it jobs, tax revenue and infrastructure. 

PORTFOLIO 1

TOTAL POWER 196 MW

Our first project portfolio is under development and will reach RTB readiness in Q2/2025. The portfolio includes a total of 10 projects, some of which can be connected to the electricity grid as early as 2025.

Portfolio 2

TOTAL POWER 200 MW

Our second portfolio under development will reach RTB readiness in Q4/2025. It includes DSO and TSO projects located in key locations for the electricity grid across Finland.

Kouvola

TOTAL POWER 5 MW

The energy storage project in Kouvola, Kymenlaakso, is Usva Energia's first project to be built under its own management. The project has reached RTB readiness, and construction will begin in the summer of 2025.
